The interaction between insight, value and integration
Here’s a diagram depicting various interactions involved in the modern marketing function.
I don’t quite know what to call it.
The story of the diagram suggests that the central aspects of Integration, Insight and Value inter-relate with eachother and in turn break down with the following key concepts:
- Integration is about digital marketing, data management and direct marketing

- Insight is about behavioural, transactional, and demo-psychographics
I can see a couple alternative variations which could be made. Â I’ll be back to play later.
